This policy outlines the process for returning items bought online and your rights to cancel an order. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order.

Order & Payment

Ensure you provide correct contact details at checkout. Confirm your selection before placing an order. All orders must be paid immediately. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and other major debit & credit cards. You will receive an order acknowledgment with product details, quantity, price, and shipment costs. This acknowledgment serves as proof of purchase. Orders are shipped after payment authorization and verification.

Return Policy

Oils, Oud Chips, essence, and Gift boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Perfumes can be returned or exchanged if sealed in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. HOMÀRŌUGE is not responsible for return shipping expenses due to buyer’s remorse. We do not return or exchange items bought outside the UAE.

Cancellation & Refund

HOMÀRŌUGE reserves the right to cancel or reject an order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you in writing. If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You can choose another product or cancel your order. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Risk of Loss

DHL is internationally recognized and secure courier services and we do not foresee any problems. Yet, we do not accept responsibility for anything that happens after an order has been handed over for shipment, and are not to be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, custom fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

HOMÀRŌUGE may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. The latest version is available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
